Project Management/Coordination of Subcontractors and materials
Before any nail is driven into a property; each of Canizales Construction Company’s projects will be coordinated by their professional project manager. They will be responsible for the ordering and staging of materials on the jobsite. They will be responsible for creating the project production schedule in coordination with all necessary trade partners to perform the desired work in a safe and efficient manner. They will plan and oversee the debris collection for the jobsite making sure that there is proper floor and wall coverings, proper ventilation, and that it is an overall clean jobsite. Most important of all, Project Manager will be onsite daily directing the day’s activities guaranteeing that everyone on the team knows, understands, and arrives at the scheduled time as best as possible.
Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels

Sometimes the whole house needs an update from the living room flooring to rearranging bedroom walls, and even removing everyone’s favorite popcorn ceilings. Taking the old drab and making it into the new fab is what our team loves to do. Even the outside of our homes need updating every once and awhile; from repainting the current siding or even removing and replacing all of it we love to make our client’s homes look brand new from the inside out!
